3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Site and certain features may reference or demonstrate artificial intelligence technologies.

AI-generated content or demonstrations are provided for informational purposes only.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

friendlyAI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is owned by or licensed to friendlyAI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in friendlyAI’s intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Site as expressly permitted.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRIENDLYAI’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
